I partner with Product & Engineering leadership to assess the state of your organization and identify how we can effectively level up your teams. With over a decade of operations experience in various industries, I bring a unique perspective in tailoring solutions that will meet the needs of your growing business. While each engagement is different, I offer two primary service models: strategic operations leadership and embedded operations support.

1| Strategic Operations Leadership

Who this model works best for: Teams that know they need help and are just unsure of where to start.

What it consists of: In this model, I work in an advisory capacity with your Product & Engineering leadership team to identify and recommend solutions to thorny operational challenges. This might be the right engagement for you if you answer yes to any of the following questions:

  • Are you struggling with how to measure the impact of your Product and/or Engineering teams? 

  • Are you unsure whether your teams are moving fast enough?

Who this model works best for: Teams that know where they need support and do not have the bandwidth or the expertise to drive certain initiatives forward.

What it consists of: In this scenario, I plug into your team to help resolve known (and often timebound) issues that are blocking forward momentum such as:

  • Roadmap development and/or standardization

  • Org design including roles, routines, and hiring

  • Stakeholder feedback and alignment strategies

  • OKR definition and implementation

  • KPI definitions for development and service teams

  • Agile practice assessment and/or transformation

3| One on One Professional Coaching

Who this model works best for: While most of my consulting services are geared toward Executives (Directors, VPs, C-levels), one on one coaching is for anyone looking to make significant jumps in their tech careers.

What it consists of: 3 to 6 month engagement in which we define your goals and an actionable plan. We meet regularly to track your progress, discuss blockers and solutions, and make adjustments to said plan. Goal themes may include:

  • First 90 days as an Executive

  • Promotion or career jumping in Tech

  • Becoming a better Product or Engineering people leader
